congressman: Bp leak is 40k barrels a day. Oil Czars, you use the same Spill Response as BP, using the same companies with the same tools. If it is not possible to contain a 40k barrel a day leak, how then will the worst case scenario of 160k a day be contained with the same technology and response?

Should "cemeting" be regulated?

Strange that almost all city councils in the USA have adopted at least part of the International Property Maintance Code for homeowners (as promoted by the UN) yet, cemeting of oil well drilling is not regulated?

Oil Czars admitted regulation on cementing exists, but is voluntary. Think it was assumed these practices weren't followed on BP rig.

It is really sad to see that we cant get to the real issues because we have a "pot and kettle' at the table here.
