Iran ready to send experts to curb oil leak in Mexico Gulf

TEHRAN (ISNA)-Commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Khatamolanbia Headquarters Rostam Qasemi said Monday that experts of the headquarters are ready to curb oil leak in Mexico Gulf.

"Following failure of the US and Britain to end oil spill, experts of the headquarters are ready for management of the catastrophe."

"It is humiliating that the US, Britain and those who claim they are economic and industrial superpowers have failed to curb oil leak in Mexico Gulf after two months," he added.

"The US President's order to the army to be involved in the issue which is now turned into a regional and cross-regional crisis, shows the West technology has faced a challenge," Qasemi said.

"If the US, Britain and western corporations feel that they will not succeed in control of the issue and ask Iran for help, we can station our experts to the location to end the environmental catastrophe."
