Well I looked it up and just thought on a whim I would ask here to solidify what I have read.
Went salt water fishing this past weekend,
3 days on our boat roughly 10 hrs each day
used SPF 40 or better multiple times daily wore my sunblocking hat (with a tail on it)
Still ended up getting fried by the sun,, It seems more powerful this year, like a burn was inevitable.
Got home on Monday afternoon and I can handle the peel
BUT !!!
I started having real bad night sweats,,, I mean BAD,, literally soaking me and the covers. Feeling weak and wasted. I am 52 ,, mebbee the "change of life" is hitting me along with the sun but I have NEVER been this affected,
Anyone else here have this night sweat thing?
Quoting: HitndahedfredDude sounds like a normal weekend for me :-) Drink heeps of water. No more than 2 lt before sleep. Use aloe vera and menthl cream. If will feel like your walking into a fridge. Experience from Thailand and Queensland. BTW WITH ALOE there is no peeling. Just a brown tan. Enjy.
