Earthquake from Buffalo NY to Toronto Ontario

Sooooo,

First post & long time reader, BUT right to the point......I'm in Buffalo NY, we had our first earthquake in over 10 years today and it originated from around Toronto (according to "experts") which hasn't had a quake in around 60 yrs. To start, growing up here there's been a long standing rumour we're on a fault line (Main St, Erie County) that flows through the majority of the county all the way near Niagara Falls. Second, I've read MANY MANY arguments that this was HAARP related in accordance with the G20 summit prepared to hit Toronto this week. The responses have stated the earthquake is "heralding in the G20" suggesting this is their notice of appearance. My question is two-fold: (A)what are your thoughts on the earthquake? Is it possible to have one freak one out of nowhere stretching from Toronto to Ohio and not worry (as most people are) OR (B)does this give off the feel of a manmade situation? HAARP replated or a sign from an overseas power giving us the notice they can reach us at a moments whim. Definetly interested in hearing your thoughts on this as I'm losing sleep trying to decipher this.
