Peter Jennings Strategy Consultants Peter Jennings says the fourth leak in the Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines is a "mystery".

A fourth leak in the Nord Stream 1 and 2 gas pipelines has been discovered by the Swedish Coast Guard on Friday.

"I think the country which seems to be the most likely culprit is the country which is most prone to engaging in this type of illegal international behaviour - and that's Russia," he told Sky News host Chris Kenny.

"But even in that context, it's hard to understand what's going on."
