What I have understood from various vids (doctors speaking) is that having had vaccines in the past, can lead to outbreaks in the future, becoz vaccines against a disease contain particles of that very disease ... and then there is the GMO-food and crops sprayed with glyphosate which is also an activator-ingredient for viral problems.
So they dont have to SPRAY active swine-flu or chicken-flu onto the animals, they just have to provide the activation-frequency

Sorry K, the swineflu info is not correct.
One of my primary clients is one of the largest smallgoods producers in the southern hemisphere, and part of the global JBS group. The primary component is pork, so they control it from feed, to animal, to transport to slaughter, to processing, packaging and global distribution.
The reason the Chinese govt is using drones to monitor pig farming is because they are not subsidising their farmers when they kill their pigs off. They are expected to kill their infected pigs and start again from scratch.
Many are not, and are still using infected pigs in their processing.
China is a big place and the farms are often in extremely rural areas, so drones make sense. They are forced to comply by destroying the animals on a particular date at a particular time, with proof stock has been humanely destroyed. Most farmers are also very poor and under resourced.
Unfortunately, the Chinese farmers dont do it humanely, often just digging a pit, pushing the animals in, setting them on fire - alive, with broken legs etc, then burying them still alive.
It's one of the most horrible things I've ever seen.
There is a disconnect from these poor infected creatures being living, feeling animals. I believe the same can be said for how the Chinese view their people. Harsh, yes.
So the drone footage is also there to capture that things are done the right way to western standards.
Over 160 million pigs have been destroyed due to ASF in China alone.
Because of my work with JBS, I've seen first hand how it has spread throughout the planet, what is being done to stop it, and where the players who stand to lose/gain are positioning themselves. China is the biggest pork market on the planet, but no matter how much money they throw at trying to buy pigs from Nth America, Brazil, Indonesia etc, they cant. It's a pressure point. It's been 2 years in the making.
It might interest you to know that most of the Belgian pig fleet (millions) was destroyed last year due to ASF.
So, to recap, the drones are one mechanism used to monitor that things are done correctly due to the immense size, qty and logistics of the issue.
ASF is so easily transmitted, and remains alive even in dust particles from feces for days. And pigs are usually the only asset a poor family or refugee family has, so even with swine flu infecting them, they hide them, and protect them.
160 million pigs in China alone. Think about that in terms of logistics. It's horrific.
