I'd consider some U.S. masks

The ones we got were all the same size. After messing with the straps, it fit just perfect. I just took the pic for GLP so you guys could see them.



are those the new Israeli civil issue ones?

We didn't have a problem adjusting them to fit tightly. They seem to seal really good, the pics just don't show that since it was just a quick toss on to show kind of thing.

also once you crack the seal on those filters they are no good after about 24 hours

me personally i got 2 of the israeli M15 masks, with about 4 filters per mask. im still trying to find a good option for my 10 month old baby ; ; not much out there to choose from.

the baby scape or something to that regard. looking anywhere from 200 to 400 bucks i think. no such surplus prices =(

These are the Finnish gas masks that you can buy on eBay. They are really well made! It uses standard 40mm NBC (nuclear, biological,chemical) filters. I bought an extra four filters and might get more later. They are designed to last 8 hours before you need to replace them, so having a few extras on hand might be a good idea, especially with all this lovely methane coming at us.

I have the same ones but I purchased a NATO adapter so I can fit Up to date filters... not old pieces of junk like those expired filters. Some filters that have expired years ago can be more harmful to breath through than what you're tying to filter out. Check out: [link to www.approvedgasmasks.com] for good filters. Expensive but worth it..... I have 2 masks and 4 filters as part of my bug-out-bag.
