An unidentified flying object (UFO) disrupted air traffic over Zhejiang's provincial capital Hangzhou late on Wednesday, the municipal government said on Thursday. Xiaoshan Airport was closed after the UFO was detected at around 9 pm, and some flights were rerouted to airports in the cities of Ningbo and Wuxi , said an airport spokesman, who declined to be named. The airport had resumed operations, and more details will be released after an investigation, he said. A source with knowledge of the matter, however, told China Daily on Thursday that authorities had learned what the UFO was after an investigation. But it was not the proper time to publicly disclose the information because there was a military connection, he said, adding that an official explanation is expected to be given on Friday."

If YOU saw a UFO, AND had a camera, would you focus camera on the object or some random house, tree?
I'd make sure the object was dead in center, but the person taking these photos might wanted the nice setting onto the picture too?

the quality reminds me of the gulf breeze fake's, done with reflection of an object/light on the inside of a window as the camera looks outward.

the blurring of the images suggests a car on the move but I guess you'll need to get someone to translate the on page wording to get better context for the images.

I can totally c how a car drivin around with it's lights on would close down an airport in one of the more authoritarian countries in the world.

The "blue beam" is coming from the UFO to the ground. IMO it's not a hologram, but an UFO scanning the area.

..it just occurs to me that the context is actually quite important.

as a principle case you may recall the phoenix lights debacle where the PTB confused the actual sighting with the flares, so in that case there were two events, the original ufo sighting (where people had eyewitness statements and there was just x1 grainy video of a small set of lights in formation moving quickly) and the flares which were dropped after, which WERE dropped by USAF, the video was nice and showed the 'appearring' and everybody thought the eyewitness statements were to do with that and not the earlier sighting, so when the 'flares' got debunked as ufo's people dismissed the sighting.

I sense the same here, genuine sighting, then not so genuine pictures....

reminds me of the same thing done on the o'hare fiasco....

I suspect the pix are unrelated to the event, hence the desire for context to the pictures to validate them as one and the same...or not
