The peons in the EPA are nothing but that...peons. They don't have the first clue of what goes on at the top levels. Truthfully? They really do think we are that ignorant. They count on us forgetting all of this in a year or so. "This, too, shall pass." I saw it happen again and again when I faced off state officials over other matters in TX.

Hell, maybe they are counting on the fluoride doing its duty, ya know? Couple that with the idiot box (teevee), and why not?

The main point to understand is that the government doesn't give a shit. Maybe some of the individual people do, but this thing we call "government" is just a massive corporation that has no heart or soul. It's like all other corporations. The people who work for it go along in order to get their paychecks.

The government just does not care.
