They're all poison. I had a real bad mental issue where I hit a cop car and ended up in jail (I have no criminal record otherwise). It took me a long time to figure out it was because I was taking several over the counter meds that effect your brain like Sam-e and antidepressants like St. Johns Wart, it happened 3 times and I was on those type of OTC meds each time. I was put on Seroquel which gave me diabetes and prostate cancer. I just stopped taking the Seroquel last November and I'm not taking any of the OTC poisons and I've been perfectly fine. I will never take any drug that effects your brain again regardless if it's over the counter or prescribed.
