I have been trying to drink some kombucha. I am thinking it is sabotaging my diet. I make it at home and it is less sweet than store bought but I am still craving carbs every evening. There should only be about 4 carbs in a serving but perhaps it's the yeast. Is anyone here incorporating a bit of kombucha successfully on this eating method? Maybe I need to fat fast and get serious about keeping carbs at 20 for a while. My weight is still at a good place but the carb side effects are wreaking havoc with my joints, gut and moods.
