Started diet Jan/13 with a goal of reducing weight from 216.5 to 180. Dropped 30, felt great but just didn't ever get get to 180. In Dec/13 ate mostly protein reducing coconut oil and gained weight to 201. Mostly muscle. Went back to diet and dropped back down to 30 lbs off. Without going into any details also added more carbs to diet. Today down to 176. Lowest since grade school. No active exercise program however do have p/t employment that requires 3-4 miles walking 10 days per month. To anyone reading this forum and considering reducing their weight....IT WORKS.... Give it 3-4 months of your life. Wish I would have been aware of this 40 yrs ago. Very,very happy with my current weight and how I look.
