Yeah i'm doing it again. Not many carbs but a lot of vegetables and some fruit. Lots of protein. I've lost 10 lbs. so far and will loose 10 more.
It reduces my inflammation to stay away from starch, esp wheat. I don't believe I have celiac disease, but I've never been tested.
I actually describe it as feeling younger following the diet.
