Quoting: Anonymous Coward 814465He'd get deported for not having a passport? he still a citizen of Oz? Chuck Norris says he isn't. " I, Chuck Norris, gave Paul Hogan a monogramed pocket watch to celebrate his becoming a US citizen. He turns to me and says “That’s not a present to commemorate my US citizenship, THATS a present for such an event…” And he gave himself a previously unread letter from his father expressing the latter’s hopes and dreams for his son. It was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen. Chuck Norris out " [link to thatsaknife.com] |

The Australian Tax Office certainly doesn't muck around. "Actor Paul Hogan could be stuck in Australia for years, his lawyer says. The Crocodile Dundee star, who returned to Australia to attend his mother's funeral, has been prevented from leaving under an order by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) because of an alleged multimillion-dollar tax bill. Andrew Robinson, of Sydney law firm Robinson Legal, says he hopes agreement can be reached with the ATO, otherwise Hogan "could potentially be stuck in Australia for years"." Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1070511He should have known this would happen. That is A LOT to owe in taxes. Maybe he should be happy he isn't in jail. He needs to move his family to Australia until he gets this figured out. |
