Frantic Friday: Banks Gear Up For Chaos Tomorrow

A doom headline with no links. You can raise the BS flag if you wish BUT I've spoken to too many folks in my sector this past three days to know that something big is about to happen tomorrow.

I work in the City of London (as some of you know), but I'm not directly involved in investment policy. I just pick things up as I go along, and when friends who work for other major institutions are phoning me to say "Another late night crisis meeting" or "Friday is out" or "Forget the weekend" and so on, you just have to ask yourself what the hell's going on.

Now, the only meme I've picked up is "chaos". It will start with a speculative attack against the Euro. Then the dominoes begin to fall. There'll be no end to the selling frenzy.

But this could all be total garbage. Just thought it was worth a mention.
