PNW is a time bomb. It will happen. Sept. 2010? Maybe. Maybe not. But it could be soon. They know that the Juan de Fuca is locking up more and more each year.

Some of those who live there are not afraid to die as one Washington poster implied he/she was not. Still if you have kids then move! Move for their sake. I would. They say the shaking for a mega-thrust could last up to 5 minutes! And roads, bridges, buildings aren't up to earthquake code there.

In my experience, he will pick a new date. The area is due for an earthquake, the big one or not. I do not subscribe to the idea of prophesy, but science is predicting this too. Too bad it has the bad "bible" rap going along with it.
