The U.S. Cyber Command, comprised of 1,000 hackers and spies, will assume command on Oct. 1, led by NSA director General Keith Alexander. The group's creation was announced in 2009, with the full support of President Obama.

But not what you think.

If the PTB are announcing this now, doesn't that mean it's been in progress for months now? Anyone else notice about 6 months ago, slower internet, more "clicking twice" to get a page to pull up? Even more nodes on "tracert"? Even to sites geographically close to you?

to noobs start>run>cmd>tracert "www.google.com"<--example

Write down some of those IPs then whois them online, quite a few of them out of Virgina, Maryland and DC, just saying.

I can imagine that GLP is high on their list of potential "targets".. it should be interesting to see what changes take place after Oct. 1st..I tend to think that whatever changes there will be will be gradual but then again who knows?

President Obama’s pick to be the 4-star general at the head of the military’s new computer security and cyberwar command sailed through a Senate confirmation hearing Thursday, while revealing virtually nothing about the plans for the new command.

<snip>

Thursday’s public hearings were more of a show than anything else. Nearly all of Alexander’s real answers to the committee’s written questions were filed in a classified response, including seemingly innocuous queries like, “What are your priorities for the U.S. Cyber Command?”

It's obvious that they have already deployed backdoors into the windows OS. Numerous threads on this with ports, etc.

From what I can gather this is the deployment of string recognition software at the ISP level. Something similar to Snort Intrusion Detection System. Yes ANY string can be sniffed for...

I guess this would make up for the OS's/systems they couldn't commandeer with their backdoor system.

You mean if they were a little more careful and people were just slightly more asleep, it would have happened and not been , according to Julian Assange, (aka wikileaks) conspiracy?

When Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn led the domestic terrorist group Weather Underground in 1969, a chance meeting led Army veteran Larry Grathwohl into joining the group. Grathwohl served as a courier, running messages between the group’s leadership (called the “Weather Bureau”) and individual cells that were to carry out attacks.

Grathwohl was also an informant for the FBI.

In an interview from the 1982 documentary No Place To Hide that recently surfaced, Grathwohl discussed what the Weathermen intended to do after overthrowing the U.S. government, including what they would do with those Americans who refused to embrace communism.

I asked, “Well what is going to happen to those people we can’t reeducate, that are diehard capitalists?” And the reply was that they’d have to be eliminated.

And when I pursued this further, they estimated they would have to eliminate 25 million people in these reeducation centers.

And when I say “eliminate,” I mean “kill.”

Twenty-five million people.

No doubt about it, and as a matter of fact, if you're wired, they can hear and see everything you do.

So what does all this mean to common folk like you and I? What it means is, if you're wired, (which we all here are) we have nothing to fear.

It's the one's that are not wired that they cannot see and or hear that they fear, therefore, those are the one's that will be captured and tortured for information that they don't know about.

Cool huh!
