The Monk (OP) User ID: 959567 United States 09/06/2010 01:26 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | First I browned a stick of butter in a sauce pan, then added 8 sliced peaches and sauteed in the brown butter for a while, poured in some congnac brandy, sprinkled some spices in (cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger), added lots of fresh orange zest and kept reducing on the stove. After par-baking a crust in the pie pan, I added the peaches, covered with a second crust and baked it off for an hour. Quoting: The Monk 959567The house is filled with peach pie aroma. Mmmmmm.
