When I was meditating I would sometimes see in the background of my eyes... a black background with a red face... with eyes a little to the sides of my own... the eyes are interesting in that they have like light inside them... umm... what is this?

When I was visited by the E.T.... and I closed my eyes... I saw this face constantly ... until for a brief moment, I saw through my eyelids...

If I meditate on moving energy with breath through my body and hold it in my third eye chakra (only for a few seconds not making myself turn blue in the face by any means rofl)... I can see the face sorta...

When I meditate near my cat... or my dogs... and I touch them or am near them... I notice they twitch!... Is this some energy exchange?

You say my energy body may not be ready... if I relaxed enough and worked on my chakras before hand... got in a trance (body asleep mind awake)... would I be ok? I mean I heard once you are in sleep paralysis and relaxed to an extent (like when it happens after you have been sleeping)... you can push yourself out rather easily... I am gonna try this next time? Am I ready enough to achieve this?

Back now! So I read the last couple of week´s posts out of politeness and can imagine how you are feeling (Marianne ticked me for suggesting something similar about her). Wits End is a fascinating place of course. The thread has attracted some pros who are paid to bring it to an unreadable point. But much to their annoyance it will then end and everyone want you suddenly like John Titor or Jesus etc - (stuff written down or recorded after messenger vanishes preserved by eternal eyes etc and embroidered by the cassiopeans - how do you get on with them?) again. So while you are here ...

I have been in an interesting place and have a message for you. It is a ´confluence´ (they say) of river, sea, soil, sand, stone, fossils, burial mounds, standing stones, sun, stars, moon, wind and cloud. Hawks, herons, thousands of crows, bats, shoals of fish, crabs, horses, cattle (poor darlings taken to market last week), foxes, badgers, shrews and us, dogs, cats (one less shrew alas) and the parrot Loretta who says hello were there and witnessed something extraodinary. Fighter jets were up there later trying to figure it out (perhaps). They were following one of these vapour trails (20+?) which had appeared out of the blue about a mile wide criss crossing the sky in straight lines. Some very high and all very unusual (ie not from our airforce but I am a complete amateur, dont really care, did not photograph them and do not want to get involved in sighting anything other than wildlife)

Later I made my wife sit through Stephen Hawking and some anti Hawking physicists on TV discussing the problem they are having with black holes and time. Hawking is trying to prove mathematically that in the infinite universes are some without black holes which enable the recording of that universe (therefore all) to survive, but otherwise he sees the black holes wiping the whole slate clean. Others disagree. Bit earlier we had been discussing something like this. My old theory of prophecy and history being identical, and prexisting and postexisting your moment and recycling it. It is imperative therefore that this planet is not absorbed by the massive black hole at the centre of our galaxy. That is why we are moving. As for infinite universes where does he get that idea?
