Today's TT was really strange, Well... they are all strange. This is just stranger than usual to me.

First there were bird/ships moving from the sout/southwest... curving around to the east and then north... to northwest.
There were 4 or 5 lines of them.

As they turned toward the Northwest, yellow clouds followed their wake as they flew.

The whole viewing area turned Yellow with billowing yellow clouds. But then, 2 black dotted lines appeared out of the northwest and zipped through the clouds to the souteast.

I have a couple of things on my mind,

If the 3rd density body is breaking down and our existence is coming to an end on Terra/Earth, why is the process of procreation continuing at a rapid rate?

Evidently, energies are still choosing to animate these 3rd dimensional bodies even though they know the current shell is awaiting an upgrade and a shift into 4th density.

The world's population is hurdling towards 7 billion, is there something we are trying to achieve as a collective before the changes come?

I am trying to understand why recent energies are choosing this experience if it is going to be short lived. What purpose is this serving, are they just lifting the vibrations on Earth or is there more that needs to be done?

I have noticed a change in my body and especially in the nervous system. There is a greater intensity these days in everything I do, I feel it and see it in everyone actually.

What kind of diet do you suggest we follow as these bodies are breaking down. We are obviously battling with malnutrition from all the artificial foods out there. Even fruits and vegetables don't taste the same anymore. Well to me anyway!

So what's the best thing to eat these days to help keep the 3rd density bodies functioning at their best (mentally as well).

The group that oversees the U.S. power grid is proposing an experiment would allow more frequency variation than it does now without corrections, according to a company presentation obtained by The Associated Press.

Officials say they want to try this to make the power supply more reliable, save money and reduce what may be needless efforts. The test is tentatively set to start in mid-July, but that could change.
