I went through one of those so-called phase's the other night I woke up with an enormous amount of anxiety could not breath right and upset stomach.I took a alka seltzer and sat in bed with the covers over my head.Eventually I got some sleep,like 3 hours.

I also had another case of 'controlling' a nightmare.To make it short,I opened a can of whoop ass! it is like I have some instinct that takes over.I wonder if my ability to control my dream was given to me since my meditation abilities were taken?

Now make sure your sitting for this next one! I committed me beer funds to another, so I will not be able to have beer for awhile! My fat ass needs to get in shape! I did not want to spend my summer drinking beer AGAIN.So now I busted out with my bike and weight bench.Everytime I get thirsty I'am gonna go pump iron. Oye I rode 3miles on my bike,pulling my daughter in the pull along! My bum is a tad sore! I thoguht about trying to meditate again,but everytime I do my mind wonders uncontrollably...hmmm... Wonder why that is?

Hi ST in BG :P

I realized that all of what I thought was spiritual - was indeed spiritual to me - but was empirically bronchial dialation of some sort - where breathing felt more relaxing to me and energizing... ahhh

I now meditate for this exhiliration and to get my breath to flow more instead of holding it back and doing suppression which I know is bad - but I also am thinking I am not doing breath suppression but merely compensating for a probable breathing deficiency...

I got my blood pressure down - am on a few meds - but with the bronchial dialation or clearing or whatever it was that allowed more of a streamline breathing from my nose - it made me somewhat high on life again. My surmise is that that was the problem - a breathing deficiency of some kind - because I was able to let go of alot of aggrevation and relax my mind as a result of the results that resulted

I am happy for the time being and going to pursue this route of breathing this way - relaxing - and trying to let my breath flow more. I would appreciate any advice you might have on this for me - if any - it also seemed this way of breathing is probably easier on the heart - which is what I mean by flowing and found that being heartful kind of results in what I experienced

I also ran accross an interesting website that speaks of this universe as being a part of yang fire - and I find that this is possible and am curious to know how much we act the same - and how we always say fight fire with fire heh

Anyhow - I find it so beautiful anytime something - most call "out there" - like meditation - so open ended - leads to a discovery that provides a practical solution

I think if anyone has a religion these days I would hope for them that it gives them something like that as well so they aren't feeling aloof - but one would also hope they could isolate such practical discoveries in and of themselves so that they are not used to support too much of a step in to subjectivity

Why does human specie have many races?? Was it only a biological-evolution accident (puppy colors) or is a higher level reason. Are human races related with ET‘s races??
