For the past 3 or 4 nights, I have been awakened 5 -6 times to writings... which I could not read. Scrolling and dim.

Sometimes it sits but, I still cannot focus on it.

It has been a while, but I must share and ask a question from a vivid dream or astral visit today.

I met a shapeshifting ET, who when I got startled and jumped, changed to look like or become his real form of the large eyed One People.

He seemed to be a bit of a jokester type, because I asked him his name and he said CHUCK (paused and added with a gleeful accent) NORRIS! LOL?

Disclaimer: I understand most One People ETs do not name themselves, but sometimes take on the first name humans give them. I guess in case they're asked hehe :)

We had a detailed conversation about love, and when I brought up one the One People person "Tom" who likes to peep in windows as a conscious contact ambassador to humans, among other things, "Chuck" became a little indignant and said, "You know Tom is not the ELDER ONE?!"

I tried to guess who the Elder One was, but I crossed a line or was too confused, because the visit shifted to a real dream with a spot of flattery, and then I woke up back in bed.

Any thoughts on who or what "Elder One" is or are?

Wow. This makes sense, except some shifters have not severed completely maybe, thus the curiosity and conversation. In my haste, I did not add that after startling the poor guy out of his human disguise, I gently brushed his cheek lovingly, and he said, "Oh, that burns, why does it burn?" I replied, "I touched you with love." And, this is how the conversation began...

When I touched the OnePeople ambassador guy in the same way, the reaction was much different, and he held my hand sending back a thousand more vibrations of love intensity.

I have to agree we humans do walk around with a void to fill, and being selfless is likely the best way to minimize that void. I love the quote (not exact) "The way to change the world is by one random act of kindness at a time."
