How common is a system such as the "Internet" among 3D civilizations? Do other civilizations have things like this? Forums, websites etc? Is there anything "uniquely good" about humanity (our inventions etc)?

How unique is our technology in general (do other 3D civilizations have "phones" "computers" etc)? Have we followed a similar path as other 3D civilizations, except, worse?

Are there other civilizations where you have "free will" as you do on Earth (not in the Solaris solar system, but elsewhere in this universe)? Meaning, you're free to make your own decisions, whether you fail or succeed?

I'm mainly curious if there are other civilizations in the universe that have our positive aspects without as many negatives.
