Don't believe in a literal Christ either but its what is meant there, our Higher Selves and I met my higher self as a preschooler, and several times since then. so not sure what you mean, but I do know her, knew even at 3 or 4 that she was me, and all grown up. The me that is me waking up, knowing that I was there from a different realm. and felt myself, "she" was not comfortable in the lower murderous vibrations of earth and was eager to return to where she came from. And I just said out loud, wait wait wait, where did I come from and where am I going, then zap was instantly asleep. Nothing like that happens when I'm going back to sleep.

I've had some miracles with Ets that I recognized.

And after that trip during the shower was taken through a portal to somewhere else and was at an artificial planet that was pretty organic seeming, but knew it wasn't. Recognized it and had to go into a meeting. Then woke up back in the shower.

We were protected.

So this one I recognized told me during that time to judge no one, that this world and frequency was very hard to wake up in, so to introvene for others that they make wake up and get back on their missions. (I used to remember word for word but actually paraphrasing).

During that time period. August, with memories. And suddenly my Higher Self, and that word is limited, because really what it was is a floodglate opening and your energy expanding and there is a part of you in another realm a higher one, and its like you become yourself again.

So me in earth realm but feeling so cut off from everyone on the planet, it felt so alarming and instantly without thinking I reached up and plugged in and we were all together, greeting each other, aware of family/team.

My friend who wrote about these things called that telepathy the universal understanding.

Even if I dont roll the top of the sock out smooth and leave some of over lapping or end of the sock not rolled up does not cut my circulation off and I am the one with the malfunctioning heart.

Well toss that idea in the garbage can. I was excited it might help you. I have left mine on before for up to 48 hours or so without taking them off and not once did it cut the circulation. Made the indention you mentioned with the water blisters...altho I never got the blisters...just the indention.

Then to have cramping throughout the day. Does not sound like a very good day to me.

Yea I bet applying Apple Cider Vinegar would sting. Did it help in the long run?

They're called scoop marks. An article where they showed pictures that resembled the deep wounds I got periodically in my life since childhood, were called punch needle biopsy scoop marks.

The photo's on the legs resemble what we're talking about. With our family friend, he spontaneously had 2 appear like my one, and one of them healed up on its own within a half a minute right under our eyes. But the deeper ones take a long time to heal.

They're not funny experiences. And in ufology most people experience 2 different sides of it, its a very sobering experience. I don't recommend people put themselves in harms way when they're seeking sightings.

I'm also aware that some of what is done is not all bad, ie checkups that can result in treatments that may be even be healing.

I don't which group of greys they were, but they knew me.

We had our own experiences, even life long and different sides, the ple'i'o'sha'n, (it was something like that our Finnish friend who knew a lot about ufology used as the spelling). I personally believe this is a catch all term for nordics. But we had all sides.

When he spent a week with us, it was nerve wracking, it took weeks to bring to bring peace and calm back. No matter what we go through in our house, the lack of calm generally relates to my reactive controlling father, and keeping the peace between him and the kids. At that point we had moved to Chilliwack and were staying with him. Now he's given up his place and is parking his motorhome at our house, so the fur still flies at time.

I myself strive for peace and jump between those upset frequently.

So this disturbance and what I call his contacts perhaps really upset me.

He responded by yelling around the townhouse, that they weren't allowed his DNA and his people were on their way. For two days, and I knew we were being monitored and had a message come, "(my name), go outside on the balcony and don't worry about anything. everything is fine" and I ignored it. So it came again and this time I went out on the balcony and as soon as I was gone, he hit the ground and started writhing and ran back in and we got him to the couch where he spent 20 minutes or more until recovering and for the entire duration it was like he was being tazered.

So we wrote back to friend with military background in Finland and asked what he knew of this and a military background friend in Georgia who we had helped get memories back. (when you're sharing online ufo experiences you get new friends and I'll never know for sure if he remembered his experiences or not, and how much I helped him but its kind of interesting that sharing this gets some military background, ex they claim, friends).

I was told they put a neuro net on him, obviously because he was creating a scene for several days.


I got that immediately though. When he recovered kept having images of a beast, an out of control immature beast that needed to be subdued. Those were not my thoughts. Obviously they came from the ones who took the scoop marks and they responded differently with me because there is protocol and good calm relationships between many groups even those with different methods. We don't respond that way to each other.
I can't explain everything but its that to me peace and rising above a situation and having concern for everyone including the ET is more important than creating a scene, which doesn't work or stop it anyway.

The group of greys I don't know. But they were over our earth hidden et patrols tech.

And didn't get that they were bad, seemed more akin to monitoring or doing maintenance to systems.



The group that I've had some contact with are more concerned with oceans and ceteceans and during one my experiences after said arguments between grandfather and grandchildren and me feeling very upset and wishing for different life for them and crying to sleep, I went outside around midnight to try and calm down and a star moved in, it got bigger and bigger until it was right over my head.

I saw a familiar group, they were greys that reminded me of a pod of dolphins. And they said, You can do it, we believe in you, and joy filled me and uplifted. Can't describe this but something they did uplifted me from within.

In fact, I've never been allowed to stay down for long, I've always been uplifted and had answers given when something got too depressing.


Also don't know if this is more of a common craft, but there is a group that uses a diamond shaped craft, seems that group from childhood was in our lives along with a blond couple in blue uniforms. The diamond shape was a larger craft, that appeared at the end of Tuc El Nuit lake in Oliver, just out of no where, and then flew directly over the house, it had unusual height to the light covering the craft, it wasn't the normal sighting. 2 of the children ran to the balconey to try and use the telescope but in the morning pieces there were little pieces on the balconey and the cover was still on the lense. My youngest ran back and forth between my older son who had many sightings and experiences himself. He could see under the light and told me it was a diamond shaped craft.

OMG I just remembered. It didn't just come to me to go out on the balconey. The 16 year old friend of the family, he was acting weird. One minute yelling around the house. Also he tried to get the neighbors to pay attention to the soundless crafts at night and was talking to people and up until then they had ignored all the sightings we had previously had with different group.

Then he would say odd things. As if in a trance and say things you would not say from boots on the ground perspective but from above. So I asked a question: why do you take our dna, I understand his since apparently we were told that the AB- ran in his family so he had a certain bloodline to the Eastern European kings of old. That is what our friend from Finland had said. The answer was, because of our Jewish merovingian line. These are ancient dna markers, it doesn't seem to matter how long ago that was.

So its the group of greys that take dna from egypt/sumar, that is through my father.

And when I was told to go out to the balconey he was in the living room and he said it, in trance form. He told me to go outside and remain calm no matter what. And I ignored him because it seemed something was up and he repeated it, and then I went outside and then he hit the floor and ran back in.

I knew they didn't like the way he was behaving. We didn't like the way he was behaving.

His grandmother on the phone was trying to tell him that we were seeing satellites when he shared this. He yelled back at her, he was yelling a lot, that satellites fly up in space, they don't fly low to the ground under very thick cloud cover over your roof.

And he had this long conversation with our Finnish friend and wrote things that shocked because he had woken up and they started saying the keyboard was primitive and he recognized the friend from Finland and said he had watched over him all his life and knew he was feline. They started typing in a different language like making something up. And then he shared that he had been on earth for a long time, world without end he called it, and that he was here to grow his consciousness hundreds of thousands of times its current size.

That his family came often and checked up on him and that he was so grateful.

I sent that his grandmother, emailed it. And she phoned with a completely changed view. So then she started saying they're not allowed his dna and they're not allowed to touch her grandson.

And he yelled back again at her, that she was being taken too (we all knew that) and to not fight with them, they'll put a neuro net on you too!

It was a hectic nerve wracking week with him. We've had far more sightings and experiences and yet calm and peace must prevail. There is no call for that.

He forgets and has been up and down with his criminal father and then back again with his grandmother who raised him, has some violent rages at times. So every year or two, I send him his conversation and even sent it to his estranged mother just to set the record straight that there is more to life than the nonsense of your bad ass ideas. There is a reason you're here, get on with doing the work you came to do.

That the things that happen, stop living the wounds, instead try to imagine that many other people are going through the same and maybe you could help them. Maybe its about others not being so self absorbed.

Its like we were meant to uplift or help them. And there are different groups involved, for example his family group is not mine.

They also remembered past lives, my friend a bit, but he remembered in depth. During a time when he arrived, we sent for him as he was staying with his father at the coast, and they're not good people, so he went through living hell there, but also bit of a bad guy vibe for him too. So he arrived and was furious that we put up a Christmas tree, and my childhood ornaments, my grandmothers ornaments were on it. Its a family thing, she had passed on. So he booted the tree over and I was furious. He started yelling about how he was helping us and had to quit everything in his life to help people. Whereas we gave his grandmother our couch for 6 months until she found a place, as they had sold the house she was renting.

So they started hanging out with old time friends and he came back in an altered state one night and named names, ancient assyrian kings. But the grandmother was the Selenicus who had died after falling off a horse. He was the cousin/wife/ who had told him not to go riding that day and took his children and money and then later was killed by one of the children. I have a folder where I searched all the names including his, the woman's name.

It explained alot about the harshness in their family. Fierce, harsh and not very compassionate, and obviously the compassion was the thing they had to learn.

Just looked up their names in my folder:

Seleucus/Calinicus and the wife or concubine was Laodice. The grandson was Laodice.

He knew the names and events and when he said them she remembered and they started having an in depth conversation.

They are from different star families.

Have to make a quick post concerning my friend and a question. In the Okanagan there is a huge ufology occurrence and also dark people running the city.

There was a health store in the city that was poorly stocked, it was always odd. Seemed more like a front for something. She went in, very young for her age, and the sales woman sold her a liver detox which she took. That night she woke up briefly on a gurney and they extracted something from the base of her skull, top of her neck, and the woman from the health store that had sold her the detox, injected this green fluid into her thigh. My friend thought it was to keep her form. Which it could be non human, but possibly satanic elite types. Using non human technology like they do????????

I believe that was stem cells and they just liked her dna, she was very youthful for her age and beautiful.

What do you think that was?

but there is a group that uses a diamond shaped craft, seems that group from childhood was in our lives along with a blond couple in blue uniforms.

The diamond shape was a larger craft, that appeared at the end of Tuc El Nuit lake in Oliver, just out of no where, and then flew directly over the house, it had unusual height to the light covering the craft, it wasn't the normal sighting.

2 of the children ran to the balcony to try and use the telescope but in the morning pieces there were little pieces on the balcony and the cover was still on the lense.

My youngest ran back and forth between my older son who had many sightings and experiences himself. He could see under the light and told me it was a diamond shaped craft.

Yes, I never knew what those scars were but mine never bothered me nor did I give much thought to it...I just accepted that they are there...

I have new moles/freckles come up too, one very tiny one on my back and one on each arm in the exact same places facing each other, one each in the exact same spot under my ears too :-)

Yeah, I really couldn't help but laugh when I saw that scoop comment, lol... just me being me :-)

I did find it humerous and got funny looks off my son too when I choked on my coffee with laughter.... haahaa..

ST, my house is above ground, the basement is below ground but I hardly go down their, it floods sometimes too and I got a sub pump, water heater and furnace are down their. needed to put the furnace on blocks so it don't get wet , the water heater rusts.

The house is I think more than 90 years old.

Remove the medium around the foundation preferably to the footing which is basically a foundation for the foundation walls and water proof the walls....might as well insulate it too. That will prevent water from flooding into the basement and the added insulation will help keep the home warmer.

If the home has basement windows bottom of which is ground level and old...good chance water is getting in that way too.

If your water heater is rusted, you should replace it. If its electric..they are cheap and easy to swap out.

Basements are cool...cool and constant wet creates mold..mold is probably not healthy for a child. Who will eventually be curious and want to explore when parents are not paying attention.
