It might go back down on it's own or do you think it will remain high now ? well, i can tell what would i do.... or will do.... also have sometimes problems with liver, but i am a 30 years smoker....(and empath, so i maybe by my ways of living, which some obviously do not understand or threatens theirs interests like money or wish for power,go to someones nervs and i can sense it, that backfires to me, so my body responds).... to cleanse your body.... best way i can figure out would be.... water from some spring, boil it first, so impurities would stay on the bottom of the pot.... excercise, sweat clears the body....from poisons.... drink tea.... fresh fruits and vegetables in juice of for meal.... avoid anything packed in plastic.... nature helps, always... walk in nature.... hot water to shower /bath in it..... seek only for natural product, not chemicals.... when washing dishes, use as small as possible chemicals and wash it well....i wash all by hands, not in dishwasher-chems remain on dishes.... meditate....good for body, also... cleaning of living space- vacum-cleaner with water filter...toss it out, not in sewer.... electronics- radiation.... also-modem and cell phone in your home....i placed modem in metal cooking pot and i do keep cell phone away from me... sodium bicarbonate-natural one- in the morning , one spoon in warm water ...also good for cleaning, not to often, like once in two-three days...one cup of it.... 1 fresh lemon in warm water, with one tea spoon of apple cider vinegar and two spoons of natural olive oil.... search for natural things, not industrial.... industrial only if it has a certificate on it.... that it is free of chems.... |
