ST, I went to court and got what the DA and lawyer recommended,

Anyways after court i had to set up payment plan and go to the jail to set up a date withen 30 day's to report and it is March 24th at 1 pm i am to be at the jail serving my 57 day's.

**What A Very Stupid & Antiquated System !! ... Which Teaches Nothing !!

I was ordered to call the counseling center withen 72 hours to set up an assessment which cost 210 dollar. huber cost 147 a week which is rediculous, and June 9th when i'm out of jail i must attend a impact panal review which is other people who've had their lives affected by drunk
drivers and if no comply then warrent go out and i go back to jail so i have to comply, no driving for 30 months, will be eligible for a occupational license after 1 year which allows certain times on the road for going to work and back and forth to store which is on the occupational license what times you can be on the rode.
