Hey ST, greetings to you, been reading this over the last few days, stumbled on it like others.
I've been doing chakra clearing exercises as well as an exercise some call 'pillar of light' where you connect in with the centre of the earth (below), and also with All that Is/Highest Good/Source (whatever, 'above') and draw that into you, and then when you're filled up with that and you've toned your chakras clean, allow to overflow down into the centre of the earth. I'd always felt this to be powerful, espescially practiced within certain places that were more powerful.
I'm a bit sad you're basically saying it's all over for us unless we get taken into the centre of the earth; I had always thought some of us would sort of transition beforehand into 4D so that we weren't experiencing a cataclysm anyway (if you follow me), being in a different dimension than those experiencing what was happening on the 3D version of the planet. But it doesn't sound like that's what you know.
Yeah I read all that Nancy Lieder stuff a few years back and let it go, coming to the conclusion that it was a lower vibration than what I would (hopefully) experience.
Now, I don't know, but I will just do the best I can with what I've got in the hope that what I do can make a difference, if too late for the planet in 3D then hopefully the 4D version of the planet; or if nothing else, for my own experience!

and you've toned your chakras clean, allow to overflow down into the centre of the earth. I'd always felt this to be powerful, especially practiced within certain places that were more powerful.
