I was able to sleep in minutes... and when I did I was vibrating so strongly and I heard a loud sound... like a SLAP sound... it woke me up and I am sure nothing here did that LOL...

I believe the way people are saying to meditate is incorrect... they suggest something like projecting your own light from your grounded 7th chakra and up...

I believe this just projects a distorted image of god of which you cannot be and is truly blasphemy

Born premature... during a blizzard... dad had to flick my feet so I would keep breathing... the hospital was ill equipped to deliver me... their heater wasn´t working in the building... at age 2 (when I could speak full sentences etc and amazed people) I was sprayed with pesticides illegally by a black helicopter over my house... I developed tons of illnesses as a result... forgot my ABCS when I was 4... had all these disabilities...

I couldn´t play on the fields in school cause they would get sprayed.. my school would forget to notify me and I would come home sick for days...

I had seizures from age 4 to about 12 or 13 as a result too... haven´t had one since...

They thought I would go blind at a point.. I would stop breathing during the night only to breathe again on my own...

I have fought to be here... I am still fighting... life is a fight for everything... I figure why should it not be the same everywhere else right now???

I have used like 6 other differnet kinds of quartz crystals I gathered up in the desert the other day and gotten little to no effect from them...
I tried 3 at a time and it still was weak

The one I used during that one meditation is in the sun recharging... I am curious ST in BG... why is it I was walking through the desert and it caught my eye and I actually thought I heard of meditating with them and saved it for later... very strange... I cannot seem to find another crystal that is this good LOL It looks like a tear and is very frost looking quartz...

Anyhow... that crystal is about 6+ times stronger than the others I have tried :X

offered. Instead, your government preferred to make a deal where the
benefits could be secretly used by them for covert purposes. Some
benefits have reached you through development by you r aeronautics
industry, but far more have been retained for military uses only.

Looking back, we see how the focus of your government has steadily
been leading to world domination and control. The last segment of
their plan is embodied in the Star Wars projects that aim to take
advanced weapons into space. At this point we are authorized to
intervene as it will violate Universal Laws which we uphold. Our
protection is still guaranteed, and there will be no threat to you
from outer space. We have millions of craft within the Galactic
Federation that if need be can called upon at a seconds notice, and
currently large numbers of them encircle Earth. Our brief is to
ensure that you peacefully make the transition from your present
conditions to those that are ordained for your final Ascension. It
will bring in those changes that will set up the return of your
sovereignty and freedom. To this end we planned First Contact, an d
it is ready to take place and will occur very shortly.

Know that the end of your present cycle cannot be changed. You will
be helped in many ways to set up the final years that will give you
a taste of real freedom, and all of the advantages you should have
been enjoying through contact with us. We are all from the same
essence of the Creator and this is our bond, although we are closer
to you because of our links from the past. You are no different to
us, but the illusion of it being so is one perpetrated by those
amongst you who fear their loss of power to us. We will come to work
with you, and in no way will there be any attempt to take you over.
There will however be changes that will see "the right people" take
charge and their love for humanity will be apparent to you quite
quickly.
