So Beauty is not a preocupation in grey's life. The only preocupation is not wasting precious resources and beauty is regarded as a waste of time and resources? For example, composing music or painting a scene or doing something with beauty as the goal is not something greys like to do in their lifes? They only do things because the pleasure? because the utility?

Well, one does realize that though, sharing a good laugh together usually helps to solve many problems... and in a lovely way :-) ya, we have a saying here...laughter is the best medicine....

Well, we are coming close to the holiday season. I find that I, with my family will be traveling... leaving the country where we are living... as it is too unpleasant at this time. The teenage boys seem to be fanatic about fireworks and set them off constantly...to scare as many as possible. It beings early in November, and although it is illegal...that gives them even more reason to do so. The biggest problem are the animals...birds, dogs, cats, all are afraid...our dog becomes very fearful and quivers the entire time and refuses to go outside to go to the bathroom or for walkies...we do give her homeopathic herbs to help her keep calm...but it becomes unbearable between Christmas and the week after New Years...so we will get away from here... I am not so happy about leaving home at this time...I have more supplies at home...then I will have while we are camping...at best I will only have 2 weeks of supplies with us...
well, perhaps I wind up drowning in the Mediterranean
rather than the North Sea... or perhaps exiting in some other way...or ..perhaps nothing happens and I will be back here at home emailing as usual in the 2008 (earth time) and asking you why it didn't happen already....

I have heard..or rather read..that the Jupiter event will be later than expected (expected by us earthlings around Dec. 23 etc.) but will be later...

Hi ST,

First of all, i am sorry for the tone in my other post. It really came out wrong and it was not how my mind was when i wrote it. It looked like i questioned you when i meant to question the other posters here so as to not create a different discussion. If you felt that i was aggressive in my last post, i am very sorry.

Just a quick question that i feel has been kind of vague in it's answer which relates to preparation.

By preparing for what is coming, what kind of preparations should one do?

1 - Do nothing, live life and enjoy the ride and hope a portal is near where you live?

2 - Get a few weeks of supplies worth, live life but double check that you have everything you need (If you can elaborate on what one should have, i would be greatful if necessary )

3 - All out preparation mode. Do what you can to get the supplies you need almost to the point of quitting jobs, taking a maximum loan and wait in the trenches.

The place that i live as you might already know is because of the cold climate not a place where you can live off the land. You'd die in a few days at most so as soon as the power is gone and "modern" equipment is not working, one would be "pooped"

Right now, i am at "1,3" or some such, i have a few supplies but not much.

Oh, and swing by my house to say hello tonight, there are a few questions that i have for "Kiwi" if you remember me mentioning him :)

We hope you all are as well as possible.
How long do you stay in/ use your bodies/shells?
How do you leave them (die)? and get into other bodies(born)?
Do you all have a childhood with relearning, or is there a continuation just in a new form?
Do you all ever get ill, a cold or flu?
Are there accidents that result with broken bones? How long would that take to heal?
