ST, there is something I need to ask about, and if it's ok, I'd like to elaborate first on things. Then ask questions.

It's about us, humans, we are born completely unaware of where /who/what we are, and we are hunted by these questions all our life. You say we are here to learn of 3D level of teachings and experiences, and all of us came here from different worlds, Earth is not our true native planet.
--I'm not here to argue that, so no need to explain again.--
We animate bodies with limited capabilities, so we cannot by default access any experience we had on other concurrent lifetimes. Some of us maybe come here from 4D worlds, maybe some from higher levels... doesn't matter. We all have our memory locked-down to what we learn here in 3D.
Something make me believe that this lock on our brain cannot be 100% accurate to block everything, on some of us. It seems like many of us have a subconscious memory of the higher level of teachings, because we tend to search for it with great curiosity. Some don't have this curiosity at all.

I think about these issues because I'm wondering why we search for information, why do we need so bad to know about those things that we anyway cannot understand? We should get along our 3D life unaware of the lessons that are not meant for us.
Why there are so many books printed on so-called spirituality, so many movements teaching us all kind of miraculous tricks that make us feel "special"?
Is this a part of the polarity lessons? (a way to divide things in good/bad, holy/unholy, saint/sinner)

If one would chose not to get involved in anything related to things above 3D, and takes all that happens as a learning experience, I believe that person would gain more from it than one who gets a set of beliefs by reading the most appealing sources, or believing what the many believe.

Knowing where and how to look for the truth is something, but do we really need to do this, because we never know for sure. It's all our perspective/choice. All in one's brain.

I've got involved wholeheartedly in several different belief systems along my life and none of them proved to be appropriate for a path to follow. That can be very frustrating. Either you get to believe you're no good, or you keep searching for the right movement/path, wasting your time and energy. You can even feel guilt for "lowering the overall vibration level" by not being in tune with the mob, because you don't do as they do.

Then, what is the purpose of 3D lessons? Getting to know and understand the extremes, or learning to keep balance of things, learning to avoid the extremes and finding the middle path?

Hi ST in BG! Star Travellor in Bulgaria????...just poor guessing. I am so tired. Just found this GLP thread a couple of days ago and it has held my brain and eyeballs hostage since. I'm 45, fleamale, am agnostic. To me that means reading (since around age 8) most of the basic religions/cults....still sitting on the fence and probably always will. Ouch my butt hurts! ;)

Anyway...I have a few questions to ask;

1. How on earth can you read every single detail of each poster....and answer them so quickly with such detail? I have noticed the time between (particularly earlier in the thread). I know you double back and reiterate, your own quotes in places, where you have already answered same...as well you must or you'd go nuts....but often you dont. How do you do this?

2. We choose our parents even though we know the outcome. I tend to agree but what would make an essence choose to be raped/murdered as a baby? How could any lesson be learned from that? Did they do something really bad in a previous life that needed atonement..or is it an opps on their behalf...chose incorrectly?

3. I realise you cannot access records of individuals and its a waste of time as the essences have already moved on but the Adelaide Beaumont case and Joanne Ratcliffe (she was my childhood friend)/Kirstie Gordon cases...they have never been solved since the 60s/70s....can you please shed a light on what happened and who actually took them? Why dont the govt give lie detectors/drugs to the possible suspects to get the truth out of them?

4. Are ANY of the mediums (ie John Edwards and other popular ones) really in communication with the dead or is it ALL cold/warm reading? I get dejavu sometimes (I ignore them as its just brain flicks that make you THINK its been done before) but fragments of time that go on for ages/years....ie "knew" 10 years beforehand what sites I would work/live but there was no way I could have known...as those buildings didnt exist then. Many (4-5 similar life impacting instances I wont go into). What the heck is that all about? In difference of Disney movies that have bad things occult in them this movie is made in a very difficult time when childs are learning many wrong things.
