ST, some time i feel stupid at work and such for not remembering certain informations and have a hard time trying to learn certain things, i am on one of the low end Jobs, but while trying to learn other Jobs i look at the screens or i try to determine all these code names and names for all the different procedures and such with great difficulty,

why is this that its difficult for me to remember all this stuff and i tend to forget some things also, why is this?

Well, how then was the mind suppose to remember, and also how come certain ones can gather information and remember it much easier?

Josh.. I don't know either..
I could learn things... really fast. But I could not memorize anything at all. I guess it might work on 2 different processes. Or then again.. maybe not. But I was always fascinated by that.

But anyway. It has been said that the brain funcions on cycles. There is the start up the end of the cycle and the period between start up and shut down. What you remember or learn usually occurs in the start up and the wind down.This is usually a period of 15 minutes.
So. You can cram for an hour or two hours or 4 hours. But all you will retain is the 15 minute start -up shut-down.
That is why students may say.. I studied ALL NIGHT... and still do poorly on a test.

What they need to do is study in 20-30 minute chunks... quit and go do something else for a few minutes. They will remember the start up and the shut down information. Give the mind a chance to reset.. then start the cycle over again. This will give you 30-40 minutes of learning per the hour by breaking it up into sections versus the 15 minutes they might learn if they sat there continuously for 1 hour or 6 hours.

So.. try to learn in baby steps. Eat the sandwich a bite at a time instead of trying to cram it into your memory in one bite.

I'm also a bit sad to report that not a whole lot seems to be changing here on the surface. People are still doing the same things they've done for years...cutting down trees/destroying wildlife, polluting like crazy,attempting to accumulate wealth at the expense of others.. I really don't see the changes. With all this energy supposedly coming in and the changes in the magnetic fields, why aren't people changing/evolving?

Also regarding air pollution, I was wondering how much of an effect all the cars/large shipping trucks have on the environment. I work in a very industrial area and the air always stinks like exhaust fumes. I always see thick black smoke billowing out of transport semi trucks and their usually seems to be smog on the horizon on sunny days. Where does all this pollution go? It can't escape into space through the hole in the ozone layer can it?

Seems to me amazing that we are even still alive considering what we do to the environment. Do ET's clean enough of it up to keep us alive? If they do, I am thankful, but at the same time wonder if it stops people from learning that they should not do this. But its not fair to the other organisms on the planet to have to perish due to us. So it seems like ET's are stuck between a rock and a hard place on this. One option is to clean our messes and then we might not learn our lesson, the other is to allow us to continue polluting until we end up ending life on the planet, which is not fair to the other beings here.

Well it sounds like we could have up to a year more before full power particle collisions. You said they would start the machine before the announced public date, but that didn't happen. They started it on the date they told us as far as I can tell. I sure hope a decision is made to do something soon, either with Nibiru's passage or a removal of TPTB. Something has got to give soon. The only cnage I can seem to measure is our slow march into total slavery. Here's hopes to a better world soon.

ST, mostly now lets use myself in this 3rd density body for example, after my physical body dies either from nibiru's passage or other causes , ceases to function and converted back to energy are you saying that i can still turn back for example the radio station to where i am currently living on tera earth with my memory blocked of certain informations and communicate to others on different levels? What i mean is , just like anu and enki are alive and communicating , can i Josh be communicating still from this source of terestrial body i'm in today or will i not have access to this life lived as being a living body since my body will be converted to energy once i die physically from this body form, like will i be able to communicate with knowledge of this life and be in this body to communicate to others just like anu and enki can still communicate to your conduit? I remember some amazing texts about memory in Lobsang Rampa's books. He explained how they archive the info visualizing a virtual library and visualizing him placing each info in such row and such column and such book and such page. Very interesting the idea of associating an image to something you want remember.
You can try for example this: Imagine you want remember to do something when you finish writing in GLP and turn off the computer, imagine it is go to the kitchen and take a glass of milk (yes I know what ST says about milk, someday when he does again I will talk about that too). What you do is visualizing you are turning off the computer and you get up from the chair and you go to the kitchen. Then when you later turn off the computer and you get up from the chair you remember this. It is a trick associating images to things or texts.
