Hi there, i would clarify this for you:

Venus is still visible at least in many places... it is coming (seemingly coming) down toward the sunset, quite bright and in a decreasing phase as when you see the moon before it gets new... its phase might be somewhat suspicious... but its position is what doesn´t match as it is even more than 12 degrees north of the ecliptic as seen from Earth now... when this figure should not exceed 3 degrees!?! Another example of changes/moved orbits within the system.

Jupiter is viewable in the mornings, more or less where one is suposed to look for it. It seems somewhat brighter than it should be but that might be my imagination... isn´t it? Also... and i am not sure of this... it seems that the orbital pathways of its four large moons shine as if dust/matter has been left behind from them... as appears on the Lasco C3 images of middle february (SOHO), where one could actually see four discs/rings instead of four moons.
Something might had happened indeed... in those dates there.

No sights of N yet... perhaps it is far enough to be easy to catch on it? Wait a minute... hmmm, that Wispy´s post with a SOHO image from... perhaps that was it? Perhaps...

It's amazing how the more advanced civilizations / individuals are capable of transforming energy into matter.

I'm trying to understand the context of this. If they can create matter, can they be free from worrying about mineral resources? Do they still need to mine for gold and other elements?

This question came to my mind when thinking about the Anunnaki and their gold mining, gold shield or whatever they needed so much gold for.

What bright star thing are you talking about? Perhaps it is still unvisible from my lat... but i doubt it very much.

That very bright star like thing after sunset is likely Venus as i had said and just had explained. I had been observing it throught a quite good telescope and now it is like a small third of bright circle, almost just as Venus should look by now... ALMOST... not as it should... as i said the positions are indeed somewhat changed.

BTW, Venus is quite close to Earth now, that´s why it remains so bright... and it seems that we are doing this year/cycle in less time that used to... as perhaps the orbits are somewhat shorter... quite logic... isn´t it?

Oregon coast might be farther from the rift, but still sounds a pretty unsafe place in a worst or bad case scenario. Hope not too much happens ; ) Take care all ; )

Oh i see... that bright star "thingy" photo from Delaware coast posted on that website.

It might be, of course... it was south of the ecliptic by 2006... now it has to be north of it... after the mid february solar activity on the farside.

Much thanks, i will check that link ; )

You know... when i first mounted my more than 100 mm telescope i tryied to use the "expectable" latitude... but stars were out of the field quite soon... forcing readjustments. This (almost) doesn´t happen any more after ST and others helped me to realize that the basis of observation changed, was changing and is changing.

More over, the telescope mounts had about 5 degrees of error hidden or dissimuled in orded to compensate for some part of the changes. I had confirmed this and it is likely not a fabric error, it is an intentional well planned adjustment to minimize potential questions. I had seen this in other telescope too, but prefer not to specify on trademarks or more details ; )

I don´t think that N is tracking behind Venus and for the orbital characteristics and the maximum aprox (sol´s farside monster activity on mid feb) it just cann´t be in front of Venus. It might be behind... but i doubt it is... it might be somewhere else "behind" Sol, perhaps too close to Sol (in relative observation from Earth) to be easily visible.

The past years were the approach from the south of the ecliptic, which are most likely quite more opened. For instance look at Pluto´s orbit... which is also very opened toward the south... N´s orbit might be even more opened. We got 2004´s and 2005´s events, as well as weird events farther from us in 2007 and 2008. Odds are that mid feb was the perihelium. Now we go for the upper/northern part of the orbit... which is likely much... closer. The following months and years would determine many things.

Wispy, there is a point to your thought but "mother Earth" is pretty much resilient than what we might think and of course she is pretty well alive. Natural history of life is quite long, what is quite short is our own history here.

We must take care of life and all marvels on the planet, learn to do things in a very different way as well as face those natural challenges coming on our way, but there is hope ; ) I largely disagree from that strait lines on "We perish, Earth live... we live, Earth perish thing"... this is crap thoughts and some evil part of us might be willingfull to proclaim such things as truth by just the opposite reasons that might give them some validity... they are actually inaccuracies and selfdeprecating quotes probably being planted in front of your face just as many lies related with the climate changes are/were.

Things could be much different and we have almost nothing to do with what we are facing on the astrophysical and geological levels... things are as they are.

Nevertheless, there are no excuses, we shall make it better in a much different way... we would have to in one way or another, despite the events that might transpire.

St, i don´t think we are working in a meaningless way... the "disk is probably not to be completely reformated". Perhaps?

I once recounted an episode whereby I remembered being on a planet.. which I was told was Mars. But it was hard to breathe and the entity who was with me said that there was only like 13 % oxygen (instead of the 18% we have here).
