Lol... you seem to know all these answers but don´t know what dreaming is

"What is dreaming" - ST in BG

It is where your body falls asleep and your mind wanders and keeps thinking while you are asleep...

It generates all kinds of sensory perceptive scenarios and seemingly disconnected random thoughts....

Until a dream goes lucid... where more of a human consciousness can be projected in to the dream...

So really... dreaming would be defined generally as a low conscious use of the mind while the body is asleep :P

Lucid dreams are where you become aware in the dream... from there it seems you can astral project..

Now I have yet to verify astral projection is seperate from dreaming...

But the book I read suggests you can have a dreaming mind in your body at the same time as astral projected consciousness and can swap between them...

And there is astral feedback supposedly too, where the projected double is in the same room as the body is and the person´s essence can experience emotions and thinking from both :O... the guy who figured this out said it could lead to some type of telepathic overload that the human brain is not built to handle :P

I find it all very fascinating ST in BG... interesting psychometry can do that... so umm... that rocket meditation I had... it only worked that one time lol... did you make the rock help me like that... by either influencing it or talking to it in advance? hahaha... could you explain the consciousness that it gave me? dreams are where our subconscious affects what is happening... supposedly when astral projecting in the real time zone (where you can see what is happening on earth from a ghost form)... the subconscious can start affecting what you see and then it becomes more dream-like...

After I astral project and become conscious of it ... it is already not the real time zone anymore LOL... my dreams always affect it...

So the few times I then said I wanted to meet ETs... it changed!... I saw in to space and saw a green cloud... the other time was when I wasin a room of little kids and that kid said he was ST in BG etc (that I told you about already)... funny how things in that environment were more static...

So .. somehow changing to that (whatever it was)... cut out the subconscious changes...
