It would make some sense if these developed in different environments... but why "off-earth"? ST in BG... I notice alot of people have one eye open more than the other... does this reflect an imbalance? Or rather... they are more toward a critical mind verses and emotional creative one?... if someone were to work on changing their focus to the opposite side of their body... what kind of results would happen? like opposite tension?

I have noticed just letting go... and imagining I am a heart/love embracing all... it helps... both eyes tend to relax more... I notice it seems like most psychics eyes are like sooo wide open... is this just me? lol...

Do you have any advice on achieving trance? I try to relax and it´s hard... if I focus on my breathing it doesn´t seem to help either... if I put on music.... and rEALLY TRY with it... I usually end up seeing an image in my mind´s eye realizing I kinda of dozed off or something and the shock of when it comes clear in my mind and my conscious mind then trying to interfere with it stops it!!!

Any advice on developing this potential?... I know you said if I keep at this I will see results hehe... I would keep trying anyhow heh... it´s all I got in the realm of hope right now...

My meditation teacher told me that that crystal meditaiton grounded my energy and that is why I felt lighter... I do believe my umm... earth energies have been active for some time... if I just see a girl it used to be instant erection... it´s so hard to like... socialize like that... or if one touches me .. omg... hahaha... you said HARD EXERCISE can help... but umm... that seems very temporary and I am out of energy...

Us humans tend to tell our children... Don´t Cry... and I think this is the heart of our problem on Earth... I mean sure... people who are very emotional and become stuck in their own feelings verses others can be bad... but I believe that that affliction stems from those who are told DONT CRY... and hold their feelings within... become mental machines who put themselves down to press harder... it becomes a bad habit... pain because what makes us feel alive... and I believe it all stems from this... and I believe it has been like this for way too long... especially with so many intellectuals alive these days...
