On your wellbeing situation, I know exactly how you feel... I feel the same way also most days...
I agree with you... I don't want to exit via that way either... not a nice way to go, as I have witnessed myself...
Sometimes I feel like my Terrestrial Anatomy is just a walking, talking, living germ that is quickly breaking down, which in essence, is true but it's still not nice at all to feel this, to live with/through it...
I realize this is due to the effects of the energies, of what we have coming in, Nibiru's energies even though they are in "stationary mode" right now, I'm still feeling the effects of them, massively! (Ugh!)...
I know many other's are too, though...
I really wish I had more useful advice for you as well as to other's, other than rest, clean water, healthy diet etc which seems to help me some but not much, to help our bodies cope through this...
Anyways, Thank you again ST, for your responses, information etc... I appreciate them...
