**Yes, I Made An "Oops" !! .... Should Have Read ... "The Gigantic Object That Is Closer To Terra/Earth, ("Out Of Phase", In "Parking Orbit" Of Terra/Earth) Then The Sun/Star "Solaris" In That Solar System"
