I remember a story from long ago.. 40 -50 years ago. I remember seeing it on TV. There was a man who came to the "patent" registry?? ( I think it was).. Who had a tablet which was dropped into a gas tank of water
and dissolved. This then produced hydrogen or some hydrocarbon which powered the internal combustion they had for test purposes. It ran. Without any problems.

time ago. But when the patent office personnel tried to find the guy, he had disappeared and was never seen again.
