My brother Steve had his first court appearance and he pleaded not guilty so he could get a court appointed lawyer,

now the judge wants to tag him with a felony and give him 1 to 12 years prison according to my mother, i assume he'd get more like 3 to 5 years rather than the latter, but
he may even get off with 1 to 2 years in a possible plea bargain if he maybe does probation afterwards and absolute sobriety and community service.

I assume if he's in prison after 2009 and we live in 3rd density through 2009 i assume the elements from Nibiru will disrupt his sentence.

You know ST that it would not be so good if the main changes disrupt the prisons cause then all the prisoners could get lose and reek havoc,
