They probably think that life is a one time shot and that they will cease to exist when they die.

**It's Possible !! ... Or A Mirad ... An Assortment Of Other Beliefs/Thinkings ... In This Regard !!

You have to remember that many think that we evolved by random chance from some sort of primordial soup and our consciousness will cease when we die.

**Those On Terra/Earth ... Have Many Understandings/Beliefs !!

Death in such a scenario may seem like a better option than a life that seems like a sick joke.

Would they be given allowance again in this case since they've been tricked into believing the falsehood as

I struggle to understand why things like pain and suffering need to exist at all.

Why do we wish to learn about these things?

**There Are Those ... That Cannot Learn ... Without These Things !!

Does pain and suffering have to exist for some reason for the Universe(s) to continue to exist?
