I had a hard time with relaxing beyond a certain point where I would feel my heart beating (any advice with that?)... over 30+ minutes I reconsiled it and got my breathing to work with it relax more... (but was hard :o)

**Well I Use A Different Method ... As Meditation Does Not Work For Me !! ... But I Am Highly Gifted In "Psychometry" !! ... Essentially Put ... I "Talk" To Living Rocks ... And They "Talk" With Me !!

I finally achieved a point where 3 times I was flashed images while conscious, though I couldn´t seem to relax more/harmonize as you would put it...
