I understand the 3d human body will cease to exist during the cataclysm of the passing of Nibiru/ pole shift/ flash freeze, etc.

**Those On The Surface ... Their Bodies Will Cease To Function ... From Either Being Damaged Prior To/During The Passage ... Or In The Flash Freeze !!

I've also read that "some" humans will be lifted. Since 3d
humans will no longer exist, what happens to the lifted humans? Will they have to "die" in order to move to 4d as well? Or will they be moved to other planets to continue?

**There Are Those Who Were In 3rd Density Bodies ... That Will Immediately Be Transferred ... Into New Awaiting 4th Density Bodies !! ... As To Others ... I also expect since 3d humans will no longer exist, that 3d
animals will cease as well, except those deep deep in the cold cold oceans.
