Let's suppose an imam of a rinky-dink mosque with a congregation of 50 people threatened to burn a bible
He would be ignored.

No one would care.

For this Koran-burning pastor to now have become a MAJOR WORLDWIDE STORY, and even media hints of it being a "flashpoint" is patently absurd.

Behind the scenes, some shadowy group has the AGENDA of forcing America to kowtow to the Muslims.

I still don't know WHY.

There's no conspiracy here. The news media is full of fucking idiots, that's all. And because of that, we are now going to have to spend a disproportionate amount of money in heightened security, and there will probably be a temporary spike in violence in Iraq and Afghanistan. Unfortunately, the news media is full of morons who love to make bullshit into a huge deal, but that's free speech right?

I totally agree. Theocracy is the key. Islam allows only one true governmental leader, the iatola. If you were to look into prophesy one could see this must happen before the end can come.

To me this is up there with that idiot outfit that protests at military funerals. It's hardly mainstream America or Christianity. It's the lunatic fringe in all it's glorious nuttery.

Even not approving of this folly, someone pointed out that Obama will likely not defend their constitutional right to do this like he defended the Ground Zero Mosque builders. Maybe they have a point.

I have also noticed on another forum, how the rabid left immediately used this to attack Christians in general, like these nutjobs represent the majority of Christians.

Oh please.

It would be all over the fuckin' news as an outrageous example of the radical and growing Islamist threat in the USA.

Kinda like how building a mosque too close to a crime scene is an outrage that needs to be broadcast across the country.

And now the same thing plays out in reverse and suddenly people's opinion's about "rights" and "sensitivity" and "justice" get all turned when its convenient for them.

In other words, it would be just like every other fucking night on the fucking news!

As long as you don't try to burn my house down I couldn't care less what books or flags you choose to burn.
I even tried to care less but I think I already care as little as humanly possible so I couldn't actually 'care less' But if I could I would.

Want to prove your are an ignorant child?
Burn a book, or a flag.
Only mindless sheeple care.

Think about that as you light the match.

Kind of like our ‘leaders’ and whose rights they choose to defend... Hint, it's not the so called Christians rights that get defended, EVER. That is what actually has people worked up into a frenzy here. They can see they are getting the cold shoulder and no one is representing them, even when they are in the lunatic minority as long as they are labeled "Americans" or "Christians". We are not stupid; we can see it.

Note: I don't consider this group to be actual Christians because their works aren't consistent with love. Nor do I approve of what they are doing. Conversely, I do not approve of building a mosque that close to ground zero for similar reasons. If both groups proceed with their stated courses of action, I will support their constitutional right to do so, even if they are troublemakers. However, they will get the consequences they sow if they proceed. The rabid masses will see to that.

BS, it's done all the time. We don't care. We figure they WILL do it - it's a given, so what.

And if you don't think the growth of Islam is a problem - you should probably talk to France or increasingly....the UK.
