They can see they are getting the cold shoulder and no one is representing them, even when they are in the lunatic minority as long as they are labeled "Americans" or "Christians". We are not stupid; we can see it.

Note: I don't consider this group to be actual Christians because their works aren't consistent with love. Nor do I approve of what they are doing. Conversely, I do not approve of building a mosque that close to ground zero for similar reasons. If both groups proceed with their stated courses of action, I will support their constitutional right to do so, even if they are troublemakers. However, they will get the consequences they sow if they proceed. The rabid masses will see to that.
