it's been a tough month...feeling very disconnected and confused...anyone else feeling the same or have insights?

I can relate. I think we get so over loaded that it just wears us out. Just keep holding on, get plenty of sunshine and walk everyday. Think of all the positive things in your life that you are thankful for. That helps. Prayers for you, talk to the FATHER!

same here, just make that the past five years.

The fall does that to a lot of people.

me too, just more like the past 3 to 4 months, actually thinking an anti depressant might help...but too scared of that.

Yeh, my wife and I have have been that way for three months.

Probably because we learned that one of our sons has terminal brain cancer.

Yes disconnected, and very confused, and very pissed off!
