***Mom of the Year, Cincinnati Mom encourages her 2yr old Kid to Smoke Pot and Videos it***

A Cincinnati mother remains in custody after video taping her 2-year old toddler smoking pot. Jessica Gamble the 21-year old mother of a two year old little girl is making news headlines and it is not for winning a mother of the year award.
Unfortunately, these types of news reports are becoming more and more frequent with an abundant of readers engaging in heated debates over what is and is not considered acceptable parenting skills these days. Most feel that younger parents are more lenient and lapse in their child rearing judgements these days.

The authorities in Cincinnati however, did not find any amusement in the video tape that Jessica Gamble made last June on her cell phone of her very small daughter smoking a marijuana cigarette. The most disturburbing facts on this report was that the Hamilton county authorities who viewed the tape believe that the 2-year old girl appeared to have had previous experience smoking.

"This little girl seemed to have some knowledge on handling a cigarettes[joint] according to her actions she has smoked before and this is just completely shocking to see this type of behavior encouraged by the baby's mother" stated one official.
