Meditation, Kundalini>>>> Demon possession

From my experience, meditation is different from prayer. Prayer is more like asking, while meditation is asking and listening. Both do different things.

Now, if you pray or meditation from the mind, you may open yourself up to things that are not Godly.

To connect to the True Source, The Creator, you must go through the heart. Our heart is the key connection between us and the Unconditional Love from the Source of Love.

Kundalini is a powerful force located in the perineum. Some people focus on this and I suggest not to. If the shushumna is blocked (which for many it is) then the cleansing energy will have no where to go. This can cause organ damage and psychosis. Once the shusumna is opened completely, the energy can safely travel out of the body. Having the kundalini activated is a beautiful gift from the Creator, but you do not want to be the doer of this activation. It's like saying that you're exposing yourself to things that you are not ready for. An example would be like showing a child x-rated stuff, making them smoke or drink alcohol: not a good idea. If you are still a baby, spiritually, then you should not get involved with this as you must grow up to receive this blessing. Everyone has this.

Speaking of growing up, how does one grow up spiritually? By letting the Unconditional Love from the Source of Love open your heart. There are many religions or traditions that focus on the joy, peace, love and calmness found from the heart.

Another way to open your heart is to just smile. Smiling are the strings that opens the door to your heart. One does not need a religion or permission to smile naturally.

Let your heart feel the love, peace and joy within.

If you're actually interested in this, you need to find a Teacher with an authentic Lineage associated with Buddhadharma or Bön; period.

Kundalini is great for self-centered, middle-aged, materialistic, childish, bitter, manipulative women.

The "spiritual" veneer is a great way for them to mask their hideous traits.

yes it is. it is HOW connection with the inner divine spirit is DONE in fact. Kundalini rises as the spiritual behavior rises from the connection of the junk DNA.

When the 12 strands are connected.. which is 6 double strands forming a 6 pointed star.... and the kundalini rises to the crown. one is said to be filled with the Holy spirit. It works no other way.

THis is a real thing, not a mystical experience or demonic possession. If all you have to go on is book reading about it, you may be of the impression it is something only to be attained through various practices such as meditation. There are other ways, much more mundane. Having this energy activated is a life changing effect. And the powers you become imbued with are very real and demonstratable. It requires no faith nor belief. It is spoken of as demonic just as gunpowder was considered work of the devil back in the day. Or, more accurately, electricity. Kundallini is a real thing.

Metaphor??? Ha! When I tell people, Christians, there is a REAL serpent living inside us they mostly think I'm crazy (unless they're really smart)! But stand back and listen.... The Holy Spirit (baptism of Fire) is a similar thing to the chakra stuff except the end result is not demonic possession/fallen state but you go to heaven (mount sion) once it's completed.

It's like "kundalini" except in reverse so you don't wind up in hell.

But you are not that impure energy that you feel; you are the one who is aware of that impure energy.

The whole point of meditation is to heal yourself from that impure energy which you yourself created at some point in the past.

some people do that by just simply walking or enjoying something. for me, the purpose of meditation is to keep reminding myself to go within. i do this often many times of the day, even if just for a few minutes. eventually it gets easier and easier until i can be within the love even while doing daily chores and living life. we're not meant to spend all day 'being holy' and sitting in meditation. we must work and experience our daily life. meditation (which is more like prayer and listening) teaches us to use every moment as an opportunity to be peaceful within. someone yells at you, be peaceful within while handling that. someone cut you off while driving? instead of having road rage, be peaceful within. waiting on a long line? well, you get my point.

it's very easy to feel the peace joy and love, but we must remind ourselves constantly and all it takes is to just smile, relax and enjoy.

i still get monkey brain with many distractions, but some days are better than others. not going to let that stop me from trying. also, it's good to be in a group that you enjoy. makes the surrendering easier. i continue to follow my teacher and that group. well worth it doing so. the spiritual growth is phenomenal, but mostly the peace within is so beautiful and it shows on everyone in the group. we're all walking each other home.

If buddhists were made unhappy by meditation they would stop doing it.
