having seen very few people from France here, as they do primarily speak french, maybe an english speaking person from there can confirm this weekly practice of Hundreds of Muslims doing their prayer bit, in the streets, closing off whole streets, preventing people from going about their daily business, an Illegal practice

and also, for the larger populated areas in The USA and Canada etc... if you saw this happening, what would your reaction be?
