Or so says the company pushing the "pertussis" vaccine. Its a very fear provoking commercial. As the parent of a k5 're and 2nd grader, it frightened me. If I had a baby, I'd be very scared. Yeah, they don't bother telling moms that breastfeeding passes on mom's immunity and that death from pertussis is most common in babes under 6 months old. Breastfeed your babies. Don't take them out when they're little so strangers can breathe and cough all over them. Common sense. That's all.
