I was recently made the 'Fall Guy' for the bosses of the corrupt company i worked for

I was recently promoted to CEO of a very successful country that had hit hard times in the Global Recession. When i took over, i was told that i had total control of the company and to try fix the financial mess we were in and to try stop the job losses in the company. I set about my work and came up with some solid plans to keep the country afloat. After a while, a few e-mails started to circulate among the workers that said i was looking to cut their pension pots and cut their wages. I was puzzled by this at first and thought nothing of it, believing it to be a silly office prank. But the guy who was assigned to help me, the general manager of my office, he started to act strange. Then suddenly, he announced he was leaving!! Next of all, i was being accused of embezziling funds!! WTF!! Supposedly, while i was CEO, a group of men who sit on the board had moved billions of dollars of the companies money offshore and made it look like i was the one who was responsible to the workers!! Those rumors they circulated at the beginning of my tenure as CEO were now coming to fruition!! I was made into the Goat, the Scape Goat. All i wanted to do was get the company back on track so i could have a career in it as well as securing the jobs of the workers in the long term, wheter that meant lower wages for a time to help the company stay afloat, i thought was an excellent idea. Rather than milk the company for the highest wages until the company sinks, i believed taking a lower wage and KEEPING your job long term was more benficial. I am now facing the sack for this. The people who rely on the company for their existence are threatening to lynch me!! And im sure im being followed around. I wouldnt be surprised if a disgruntled lone nut tried to kill me. That would be perfect for those on the board who committed this crime. Me silenced and forever blamed for the downfall of a much loved company. Anyway, thats all. Im going to spend some time with my family and friends now and try forget about this and hold my head high and continue to try change this company for the better.....

Yes i know, what i was referring to is me seeing this going on around me, the obstacles put in front of me, the clues they left behind. I observed it and took notes, copies of files, recordings. I had allies in the IT department of the company,

guys who, along with their fathers and grandfathers, helped build this company into what it is before the board was infiltrated by these greedy bastards.
