I don't know how anyone can say this is a 'bad idea'. They are paying drugged up slimeballs to stop breeding and breeding. Those poor kids have to suffer through things you can't even begin to imagine. This is the way it should be. Can't kick the drugs? Sterilise. Don't have a job and refuse to get one to pay for your own kids? Sterilise. Don't want to look after your kids? Sterilise.

Depopulation issues going on with the most vunerable people once again.

Why dont they put their attentions more into those who are dealing all the drugs first? That way it will clean up the drug addicts. As we see they are not going that route for everyones health, they choose the most vulnerable as sterilization is the wanted outcome of it all.
