Any countries that are part of the g20 will have Chemtrails. So yes, Mexico and Russia will have them. They seem to only spray them over the populated areas, I had to travel about 100 miles a day to my last job, I noticed that about 10-15 miles outside of the large cities either way did not have Chemtrails. I've been looking into that ever since and have not found Chemtrails in more remote areas, so it's a bunch of crap if the government tells the people that it is for the environment, it is something meant to affect the population. Otherwise we wouldn't see them at all because they would spray them in remote areas only. Ireland is not part of the g20 but there are reports of them there, probably because they are so close to the UK and they are doing it anyway against Ireland's wishes.
